Acceptance of Terms

By using Corporate Housing Society Management AI Legal Assistant, you agree to use the platform responsibly and according to these terms.

Platform Purpose

The platform helps societies manage notices, complaints, profiles, communication and general housing society related AI information.

User Accounts

Users must provide correct account information and keep login details safe. Unauthorized access is not allowed.

Admin Responsibilities

Admin is responsible for publishing correct notices, updating complaint status, managing training documents and protecting Gemini API key access.

User/Resident Responsibilities

Users should create genuine complaints, use respectful language and avoid submitting false or harmful information.

Notice Management Terms

Only Admin can create, edit, publish or delete notices. Users can view notices but cannot create notices.

Complaint Management Terms

Users can create complaints. Admin can update complaint status from Pending to In Progress to Resolved.

AI Legal Assistant Terms

AI answers are for general information only. They are not professional legal advice and should not be treated as guaranteed legal opinions.

Prohibited Activities

Do not misuse the platform, upload illegal content, share false information, try unauthorized access or expose private data.
